Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept return/refund requests within 7 days from the date the product is received (based on the logistics delivery record) if the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, or lost during shipping. As each item is made-to-order based on your specifications, returns or refunds for personal preference are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Return and Refund Process:
STEP 1:Submit a Return Request
Go to [Orders & Returns] → Find your order → Click [Order Details] → Click [Returns] → Select the item(s) → Choose [Return & Refund] → Upload clear photo evidence and select your reason for return.
○ Your request will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. Please check the real-time status under [Orders & Returns] → [Returns].
○ Incomplete information or unclear photos may delay or reject your request.
STEP 2 :Ship Items Back
Carefully pack and return all original items together: the item(s), original packaging, Collection Certificate(s), and all included accessories.
○ Use a traceable shipping method with real-time tracking.
○ Missing item, damaged packaging, or untraceable shipments may delay refund or void eligibility.
STEP 3:Receive Refund
Approved returns: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after inspection.
Return’s Shipping Cost:
We cover the standard return shipping cost within Mainland China (excluding express or expedited services). Please pay the shipping fee upfront, and submit your order number, shipping receipt, and payment account (Alipay/WeChat) via WeChat [customer service] or email to Hello@cherryonart.com. Once verified, the shipping fee will be refunded to your designated Alipay or WeChat accoun.
Ensure your shipping receipt clear shows: courier company name, shipping cost and tracking number.
Refund Only Process:
